It's always nice to be the last to do something... NOT!
Starting on November 1st, it will be legal to get a tattoo in the great state of Oklahoma. Governor Brad Henry signed it into law today.
Oklahoma is last state in the USA to allow tattooing to be legal.
At least now, we won't have to go to Texas to get a tattoo (if we're so inclined, of course).
